Digital Printing – Textiles and PCV

Digital printing method allows even the most complex patterns to be printed with extreme respect to minute details. Owing to this technique, this is merely the designer’s imagination that may limit printing capabilities.

DisplayPlanet employ several professional digitally printing machines that allow printing in excess of 300cm in width. Owing to their high printing speed, we are able to offer short delivery terms even as regards the high volume run. Our digitally printed products are characterised with unique sharpness, high fidelity, and excellent intensity of colours of printed designs having at the same time their backsides printed through in almost 100 percent (it applies to Polyglans 115g/m² only).

As regards digital printing method, we employ fabrics of the highest quality only. We print on:

Textiles:

Decor 205g/m² – employed for one-side applications only and used as a high quality promotional indoor media. It is matt fabric allowing to achieve extreme profundity and fidelity of a printed design making colours be perfectly rich and intense.
Application: aluminium profiles, roll-up, mini roll-up, L-banner, X-banner, indoor banner, etc.

Canvas Deco 250g - employed for one-side applications only and used as a high quality promotional indoor media. It is matt fabric with canvas-like surface. It allows to achieve extreme profundity and fidelity of a printed design making colours be perfectly rich and vibrant.
Application: aluminium profiles, roll-up, L-banner, X-banner, indoor banner, decoration frames, etc.

Satin 140g/m² - employed for one-side applications only and used as high quality promotional indoor media. It has a glossy surface making colours be brilliant and vivid.

Application: aluminium profiles, indoor banner, etc.

Polyglans 115g/m² - applied to outdoor and indoor applications. It is characterised with almost one-hundred-percent legibility of a printed design on the backside of textile.

Application: aluminium profiles, event flagpole, beachflags, flags, indoor banners

Air-polyglans 110g - applied to outdoor and indoor applications. It is characterised with almost one-hundred-percent legibility of a printed design on the backside of textile. Specially designed structure for higher durability.

Application: event flagpole, beachflags, flags

PVC:

FRONTLIT coated 500 g - a high quality PVC material with fire retardant coating. The special matt surface coating optimises colour reproduction for long-lasting brilliant prints.

Application: roll-up, L-banner, X-banner, outdoor banners

Roll-up film 165 g – a high quality PVC material with fire retardant coating. With a grey anti-static backside. The special matt surface coating optimises colour reproduction for long-lasting brilliant prints.

Application: roll-up, mini roll-up, L-banner, X-banner, outdoor and indoor banners, aluminium frame, etc.

Decolit 325g – a top-class PVC material with fire retardant coating. The special matt surface coating optimises colour reproduction for long-lasting brilliant prints.

Application: roll-up, mini roll-up, L-banner, X-banner, outdoor and indoor banners, aluminium frame, etc.

Blockout 800g – a high quality PVC material with a fire retardant coating. The black inlay and the exclusive surface treatment allow graphics to be printed on both sides. It has a matt surface making colours be brilliant and vivid.

Application: outdoor and indoor banners

Backlite 550g – is a high quality PVC material with a fire retardant coating. The material can be illuminated from the back and it is well qualified for luminescent graphics.

Application: indoor and outdoor banners

Mesh 300g – is a high quality PVC material with a fire retardant coating. It is a high-strength fabric, based on excellent air-penetrable surface, especially qualified as a large-format advertisement.

Application: outdoor banners, facade advertising, large-format print

Screen Printing

We apply screen-printing method, which allows to transfer our customers’ most complex visual projects onto the textiles at an astonishing fidelity level making even the cleverest ideas real.

Screen printed flags are ideal for larger print runs and are a more cost effective way as regards manufacturing higher quantities of flags. They are sturdy and durable to wear and tear, which makes their lifespan extended substantially.

Fabrics:

As regards screen-printing method, we use fabrics of the highest quality only. We print on:

Knitted polyester 120g/m² is a light, glossy fabric highly recommended for flags exposed to average weather conditions.

Woven (Spun) polyester 160g/m² is a canvas-like fabric characterised with a superb colour reproduction and increased resistance to adverse weather conditions. Its special structure makes it easy to keep clean by regular washing dirt and exhaust fumes away.
